Your registration includes transportation to and from Palm Springs Airport (PSP). While we can't accommodate transportation to or from any other airports, we will be providing information on the best ways to get to Palm Springs from LAX, ONT, and a few others.
The $550 retainer is non-refundable.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to the retreat. We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations, but your trip insurance policy may cover specific reasons for cancellation, including illness. Please note that if you choose to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance, most companies require you to purchase this within 1-2 weeks of booking your trip. We'll send along more information, but until then you can review Traveling Jackie's write-up on trip insurance.
Pssst: Does your brand or work put off mostly neutral, calming vibes? Are you more rainy northwest than sunny California? Do you prefer loads of one-on-one photo time without any distractions? This retreat might not be the best fit for you.
Vaccines: A full Covid-19 Vaccination is required before attending the retreat. If you are not vaccinated yet but plan to be prior to February 21, 2022, we welcome you to sign up! However no refunds will be issued if you sign up but are not able to prove your vaccination status prior to arriving to the retreat.
We will ask to see your vaccination card approximately two weeks prior to the start of the retreat in order to be sure everyone is fully vaccinated before arriving. We thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation/Postponement: We're taking Covid-19 very seriously and know that the rules surrounding the virus can change at any time. During the months leading up to the retreat, we will be keeping an ear to the CDC as well as the California State Health Department to be sure the trip will be able to happen without issue.
If Covid-19 numbers begin to rise and states start to shut down again, we will be in touch with all attendees to communicate the potential for postponement or cancellation. We will make a final call approximately 60 days prior to the retreat. At this time, we believe we should have a fair idea of whether the numbers will rise/stay steady, or will be low enough to move forward with the trip. In the case of cancellation 60 days out, full refunds will be issued. Within 60 days of the trip, we will only be able to postpone to a later date. It's for this reason that we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance, and to be sure your policy covers cancellations due to Covid-19.
